Powerful Query, Replay and Analysis Powerful query and replay facilities allow the operator to query historical information on any vehicle. The information may be displayed in both text and graphical form and as a replay over a digital map at variable replay rates. This is particularly useful for driver and vehicle monitoring, statistical and performance analysis, accident investigation, vehicle security etc. X-FLEET can also remotely retrieve some or all of the recorded data within an IVU for replay & analysis. The data can be used to create detailed reports using X-FLEET's report facilities and even exported for use in other applications. Advanced Report Generation Reports can be generated in almost real-time or
following a trip or incident and can be based on single or multiple trips or
incidents. X-FLEET reports can include the following information: ·

tyres etc ·

An X-FLEET operator can configure and specify the
'rules & regulations' into the In-Vehicle Unit which will transmit
information when the 'rules & regulations' have been broken. X-FLEET allows
configuration of each In-Vehicle Unit with detailed information on how, when and
why it should respond to the X-FLEET Control Centre. Exception reporting becomes even more effective if
the IVU is intelligent enough to make decisions based on a number of conditions
such as the status of on-board sensors in relation to the vehicle's geographic
position. By re-programming the IVU, the behaviour and operation of the X-FLEET
system can be altered easily or tailored to a particular application.
Emergencies & Driver Safety A duress button can activate automatic tracking during an emergency situation. This can even be in the form of a wireless personal duress device worn by the driver. The X-FLEET Control Centre is automatically notified of the activation of the emergency switch and the vehicle position and status is automatically displayed on a digital map with audible warnings. X-FLEET will even automatically connect voice communications to the vehicle. Digital Map Data Cost effective In-Vehicle Unit Upgrades The software can be upgraded "over the
air" from the X-FLEET Control Centre without physically recalling the
vehicle. This saves time and money when modifications or enhancements are called
for if your application requires IVU functionality changes in the future. We have endeavoured to make X-FLEET
"future-proof" by designing the system to give your fleet the longest
possible operational lifetime. X-FLEET Control Centre Software Operating Environment
