Maxitrak's X-FLEET Control Centre Ver3.0 is the latest release X-FLEET system. It is one of the most powerful and comprehensive turnkey vehicle management and information systems available today and is designed to operate with the Maxitrak MAX series of In-Vehicle (IVU's) and Portable Units.

The X-FLEET Control Centre provides you with the ability to manage, monitor and control vehicles from a central site. Vehicles can be managed either in real time, or by downloading detailed data from each In-Vehicle Unit (IVU). The X-FLEET Control Centre also includes powerful replay, analysis and comprehensive report generation tools to help you present and interpret information gathered by the system in a form that is applicable for your business operations.

The X-FLEET Control Centre system is a powerful, stand-alone software application that operates in a Microsoft Windows NT or Microsoft Windows Professional PC operating environment. The single software package contains a highly advanced communications core that interfaces to multiple communications networks, a powerful database and a Geographic Information System (GIS).

Real-time Tracking
The X-FLEET Control Centre can very effectively track a single vehicle or multiple vehicles in real-time at up to 1 second intervals by fleet, vehicle category, vehicle identification or a combination of all three. The display characteristics of during tracking are completely configurable by the X-FLEET user.

Advanced Report Generation
X-FLEET includes a comprehensive report generation feature which allows you to construct and format your own customised reports. Reports can be generated for individual vehicles or for an entire fleet. Reports can be presented in both text and graphical format. Trip costs can be calculated automatically and displayed in various formats as highly detailed or very simple reports. Reports can also be printed and/or the data can be exported to other applications.

Reports can be generated in almost real-time or following a trip or incident and can be based on single or multiple trips or incidents. X-FLEET reports can include the following information:

·         Subtotal & total costs for consumables such as fuel, tyres etc

·         Subtotal & total costs for wages and time-related events

·         Subtotal & total costs for tolls, fees etc

·         Date/time/position of status of vehicle, engine, battery, cargo doors, trailer, GPS, voice calls and other on-board devices

·         Comprehensive speed information in any given area including maximum, minimum and average speed

·         Comprehensive time information in any given area including maximum & minimum time periods

·         Total trip time including start/finish times

·         Driving time

·         Resting time

·         Working time

·         Waiting time

·         Distance travelled

·         Actual route taken

Configurable Display
X-FLEET gives the user complete control of how the system displays information. A user can even select from several hundred symbols to select a unique vehicle symbol for special vehicles or categories of vehicles.

All information stored in the X-FLEET database is accessible and includes:

·         Driver & vehicle owner information

·         Detailed vehicle information

·         Vehicle cost associated information

·         All incoming data

·         Vehicle positional and status history

Advanced Exception Reporting
X-FLEET uses an exception based method which greatly reduces communications traffic, operating costs and fleet operator confusion due to information overload. Only relevant information is presented to the operator. Fleets of vehicles can be managed more efficiently and cost effectively this way.

An X-FLEET operator can configure and specify the 'rules & regulations' into the In-Vehicle Unit which will transmit information when the 'rules & regulations' have been broken. X-FLEET allows configuration of each In-Vehicle Unit with detailed information on how, when and why it should respond to the X-FLEET Control Centre.

Exception reporting becomes even more effective if the IVU is intelligent enough to make decisions based on a number of conditions such as the status of on-board sensors in relation to the vehicle's geographic position. By re-programming the IVU, the behaviour and operation of the X-FLEET system can be altered easily or tailored to a particular application.

Digital Map Data
X-FLEET offers a variety of digital maps for use with the system to ensure we can meet your individual requirements. X-FLEET even allows you to totally customize the look and feel of many of the maps to suit your digital display and printing requirements. We can even customise digital map data to show specific areas of interest such as operational zones or customer sites.

Cost effective In-Vehicle Unit Upgrades
The IVU has been designed to be completely software upgradeable, we have even made sure many future application requirements have been accommodated for.

The software can be upgraded "over the air" from the X-FLEET Control Centre without physically recalling the vehicle. This saves time and money when modifications or enhancements are called for if your application requires IVU functionality changes in the future.
