When most people think about monitoring of alarm systems, they think about back-to-base systems.  Those systems dial up a control room or monitoring station when an alarm is tripped.

Technology has advanced so that remote viewing is available if cameras form part of the system.  This enables a control room operator to dial-in to your location and view activity through the cameras that are installed.  Remote viewing also enables you to view your premises from home using a PC and phone line.

A new addition to the market place is tracking systems.  These enable control room operators to track vehicles and people... live.  The base unit includes overlay maps (data sets) that transfer GPS co-ordinates into map locations.  This is a must for organisations where the location of personnel is essential information.

Static guards are real, live people who protect your people, property and information.  They are usually armed and are highly trained to identify potential perpetrators of crimes and to respond in appropriate ways in the event of a crime being committed.

Routine checks of your premises can also be performed by guards... usually at irregular times outside of normal operation hours.  The guards are in contact with control room staff and respond to calls for assistance and alarm trips for our clients.

Peak Security is continually offering new services and features.  If you do not arm your alarm system by a specified time, the control room can call you to ensure that everything is okay.  This is the "late to close" feature.  If an alarm is tripped the system can be set so that your mobile is called, alerting you of the incident.

Peak Security can also provide maintenance of all monitoring equipment and systems.
